Various techniques are intertwined in my oeuvre: painting, in which the matter paint itself occupies a central place, images in different materials and photos. The two- and three-dimensional works influence each other, they complement or offer a different and broader perspective. This creates work, autonomous and connected, that can be read as a metaphor for perception and the influence that time, context and 'knowledge' exert on that perception. Central to this oeuvre is the use of symbols, one of which is 'the wheel'. This wheel is then a sign of and for (the) time, eternity and continuous movement, change and dynamics.
Times, histories and short or long stories merge to form chains, relationships and connections.
