Ria van Krieken
Lives and works in Finsterwolde, Groningen. In recent years she has been involved in folding. Folding with paper as the material in the first instance, later also with strips of painter's linen or a combination of both. Many objects originated from the square, sometimes as a variation of a rectangle, so she tries to fold a shape that is interesting enough to switch and in the process yields a new shape.
